Musstard’s Product Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy
Musstard returns are simple and easy! Not only that, they are FREE OF CHARGE for customers within Australia! We will take it one step further and send out a courier to pickup your return at your designated address. All you have to do is pack up your return and leave the rest to us - No more standing in lines at Australia Post!
Unfortunately Musstard is not presently able to facilitate free shipping for international returns. Please seen below for return procedures for international customers.
Musstard is committed to providing superior customer service and flexibility when ordering online. If the customer purchases an item of merchandise at full price and they they are not happy the item for any reason, Musstard will be happy to accept a return and refund within Australia free of charge on the terms listed below. Please be aware that Musstard does not offer a refund on any items which are on sale, and does not refund delivery charges.
At present Musstard is only able to facilitate an exchange via return procedure, so should the customer need an item exchanged, the customer should process a return and provided that the return meets the terms below, their purchase will be refunded to allow them to purchase the exchange item. Musstard is working on improving their exchange procedures to make this a smoother process. In the meantime we thank all customers for their patience.
Within 14 days from delivery of full price goods purchased through www musstard.com, provided the Musstard Security Tag has not been removed and the goods have not been used, damaged or worn, the customer may return the goods for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any delivery charges).
If the Musstard security tag has been removed or tampered with, or the goods used or worn the goods may not be returned for refund or exchange.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, Musstard cannot accept exchanges or refunds on underwear, swimwear or earrings. Please note also that all items sold as a set must be returned as a set.
In order to return goods the customer must go to www.musstard.com, log into their account and complete the on-line RMA request.
Musstard will then send the customer by email, an RMA return label which the customer must place on the package, in preparation for collection by the courier.
At the time the customer lodges their return through the RMA, the customer will clearly state the pickup address and desired collection date / timeframe. Musstard will then send a courier to collect the parcel according to these collection specifications.
The customer may return the goods by reusing the original Musstard delivery satchel in which they received the goods or any other suitable packaging.
Musstard or the Boutique will inspect the goods promptly and provided they have not been used and the Musstard security tag remains affixed and has not been tampered with, the refund or exchange will be processed in accordance with the customers request. Please note that the Musstard returns and exchange department operates Monday – Friday.
Musstard will advise the customer of acceptance of the refund request by email and will make any refund to the credit card or debit card account on which the customer made the original purchase.
Musstard will advise the customer by email of the reason if a refund or exchange request is refused and Musstard’s customer service team will liaise with the customer on what they would like done with the item (whether they would like it sent back to them or have it disposed of).

Please note the return address will be confirmed to the customer when the RMA is lodged as the return address may vary depending on whether the item needs to be returned to Musstard or to a boutique.
Musstard’s return address is: Unit 36, 34 – 36 Ralph St Alexandria 2015. Please note that the customer may be charged a $5 redelivery fee if returned to the incorrect address and a boutique item is returned to Musstard.

International returns will be at the cost and responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you return your item using registered post so that you can keep track of your return product to ensure it gets back to Musstard HQ safely and securely.
