Please note: This service will be running right up to Christmas including boxing day, but will not be available on public holidays over Chsitsmas and New Years. Please also please leave resonable time for inevitable Christmas delays. 

Want it now? Musstard can get you your package within 3 hours in the Sydney Metropolitan and Greater Sydney area, whether you're at your office or at home. If you live within the shuttle delivery zone, you will see this option available on checkout.

In store collection - Boutiques:

If you have ordered an item from our boutique network, you'll be able to collect your item from the boutique itself.  The collection from store service is free of charge.

So why not:

• Be social and meet your local boutique owner
• Have the added bonus of trying on it store and refund, return or exchange on the spot with musstards return policy

PLEASE NOTE: This service is only available for items that are purchased from the boutique and can only be collected during normal business hours of the boutique. During public holidays, these periods may vary slightly.

Please bring a print out of your notification email when you collect your order.

Returns:

Please note you can return your order to your closest store free of charge, please ensure that you bring along your despatch note with your goods.

Standard Delivery:

Please note: There are often delays over the Christmas period. To ensure delivery prior to Chistmas Eve within Australia, please place your order before the 17th December. For all International deliveries, please order prior to the 12th December to ensure delivery before Christmas.

The delivery options currently available to you are as follows (Please note: All prices are in $AUD and are subject to change. Prices below are estimates only based on a 1kg package. Please review the shipping charges during checkout as they may vary. Please also note that duties and taxes for imports vary for each country and the cost of any duties and taxes as applicable will be ther responsibility of the customer to pay)

Please note: A signature is required from you when your order is delivered. Orders will only be delivered to the address you have stated when placing your order. Musstard cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to Us.

In very rare circumstances we may not be able to fulfil your order. Should We experience any problems with the availability of your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your delivery option, we may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and we therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.

Please note: We will not deliver to forwarding addresses or Post Office boxes due to the risk of fraud. This is for the protection of all our customers.
